Early January, and I'm finally starting to feel better. Not, of course, at this moment, but in general.

Vacation was great for getting some serious reading done. I whipped through Sharon Kay Penman's Dragons trilogy, but held off on starting any of her other books because I didn't want to OD. A small jewel of a book is Balzac and the Little Chinese Seamstress, which Steve's aunt informed me has been made into a movie (in France). Hope we get to see it here as well. I bought Anthony Bourdain's A Cook's Tour for Steve, which we promptly both read. He then purchased Kitchen Confidential, and now I'm almost done with that. Perhaps I'll be back to Tart Noir soon.

So, I'm still a bad blogger, but joy of joys, who's ever going to care?
