Pysanky!

Although I doubt I'll do Pysanky eggs this year (as I have never done Pysanky eggs, and now may not be the time in my life to learn), I'm quite tempted by the idea. I certainly have plenty of eggs, and the designs are amazing in their complexity.

Perhaps I'll just visit a few sites and dream.www.ukrainianegg.com has a killer intro.

Not to be left out, there are also Lithuanian egg designs. This I think I could do, particuarly the wax-resist method. If I could focus on vegetable dyes, and keep Young Man's fingers out of the way at crucial moments, we might have a winner.

Kraslice is the Slovakian version, with a few twists. Very inspiring to move beyond those little PAAS tablets!
